Story.
PS Legal Group PLLC employs attorneys as part of our legal team and non-attorneys as part of our administration staff.

PS Legal Group was started by
Attorney Penina Sendawula Guardiola
("Nina" or "Attorney Nina")
who is wife to Daniel Guardiola and mother to two young boys.
She developed:

Her Love for Writing at age 7 as an unpublished short-story adventure fiction Writer in New York.
-
Her Passion for Helping Others at age 12 as a Library Assistant with students in Connecticut.
-
Her Flexibility and Understanding at age 14 as a Daycare Volunteer with young children in Texas.
Beginning at age 17 and through college, Nina studied child development, child advocacy and early education, and worked as a babysitter for many families in Frisco, Plano, Allen, Richardson and Highland Park.
She also worked in daycares, and as a tutor, assistant teacher, co-teacher, teacher, and after school instructor in the areas of reading, writing, and mathematics.
Ok. Let’s cut to the chase.
What does this have to do with the law? Absolutely nothing. We are getting there, folks.
Thereafter, while in still college, Nina begin volunteering with a nonprofit organization in Dallas committed to providing resources for men, women and children who suffered from domestic violence and abuse and sexual violence.
As a law student, Nina began her career by volunteering her time with the Innocence Project and Human Trafficking Project and then working as a judicial intern for the Northern District Court in Dallas, Texas.
After becoming a Texas lawyer, Nina continued volunteering her time by providing free legal services to poor and low-income families in Collin County through Legal Aid of Northwest Texas and in Dallas County through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney's Program.

Attorney Nina went on to develop her career working for mid-size law firms and boutique law firms, and companies in different roles as legal counsel and as a contractor from entry through supervisory levels. Check out the section on different areas of experience.
